Damai Eco Ranch is situated at Lohan, Ranau Sabah, Malaysia with countryside view. It is a perfect spot for the whole family to be together and having fun. Damai Eco Ranch offers room to be rented and a few activities that you can choose to play with charges. I had booked two rooms; a family room with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds (RM 180) and a standard room (RM100). There is a restaurant for you to order drinks and food, but I suggest that you bring your own food as they prepared a barbecue place which the point is for you and your family to spend some quality time together.

This is the surrounding pictures of the resort that I have taken during my stay including the living room. However I have forgotten to take pictures from inside the room but it is comfortable. For your information, there was no television inside the room but the best part of this resort was, the WIFI is working and it is super fast. They are also offering dormitory to entertain large check-in group or students.

Flying Fox 

As my personal opinion, this place needs major upgrades such as managing their landscapes and adding up activities including indoor games. I suggested to one of the staff to create a wall climbing activity too. Kids love to be here. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and all you need to do is ASK.

Kokol Hill, Poring-Poring, Menggatal Sabah

This place is a really nice getaway from the busy street of Kota Kinabalu. There's nothing much you can do here than to see the soothing panoramic view of Kota Kinabalu accompanied with the sunset and sunrise if you visit this place on the right time because it could be foggy sometime and limits your view of the surrounding.  

My friend and I stopped at Kasih Sayang Health Resort. As it was drizzling and foggy that day, we decided to order a cup of coffee at the restaurant while waiting for the city lights to come alive. Just for your information, this is a non-smoking resort. However, we did not stay here for long. After an hour, we decided to head home and take a good rest for our next journey to Keningau, Tenom, Tambunan and Kundasang. Before you reach the Kasih Sayang Health Resort, you will see a building  shaped as a slanting cross on the left side. This is the Kokol Prayer Summit built as a retreat center for Christians.

Zen Garden Hotel Kundasang, Sabah

Zen Garden is situated 2 KM away from the heart of Kundasang. There are various hotels, lodges and homestay that this place can offer you. Zen Garden is one of the ideal place to stay if you are travelling in group. Zen Garden is now under renovation however you still can stay here if you like. 

You can use the map above as your guidance if you are interested to stay here. However, the only activity that you can do with your family here is enjoying the awesome view and perhaps barbecuing at night. The rate for the room is RM 100 - 180 and you may choose from twin single, double bed or family room.
